A second type of essay used in classical writing is the judicial or forensic discourse. This category originates from courtroom presentations in which attorneys argue in favor of someones actions or against someones actions. The question before the court is whether actions were just or unjust. Because this communication deals with questions of law, it is often referred to as ''forensic'' discourse. Thus, this typed of composition is used to either indict (accuse) or defend to be just or unjust according to law.
I had to write the judicial essay a couple of times now. To me they are one of the hard es essays to write. You have to be the judge and prove ether good or bad what the out come is to you. You know that if some one wanted to they could go exactly against you. So you have to be very through.
